• Guide try-in: full seating, no rocking, inspection windows clear
• Anchor pins placed before the first drill (mucosa-supported)
• Tissue punch or minimal flap at the sleeve
• Copious cold saline; pump drills, 1–2 mm strokes
• Drill to the depth stop only; never past the planned depth
• Insert implant through the guide with the guided mount
• Record insertion torque and ISQ in the case
• Healing cap or temporary; photos for the patient app
