Referrals between dentists. When another dentist orders a scan, I scan as prescribed, return the images to that dentist, and do not solicit that patient for the treatment they were referred for. I will not pay or offer anything of value for referrals. AICBCT charges only the flat monthly membership — no per-request, per-booking or per-patient fee.
Referral-service disclosure (Illinois). AICBCT discloses in its advertising that listed dentists pay a flat monthly membership fee, and I agree in writing to receive patient referrals through AICBCT on these terms (225 ILCS 25/45; 68 Ill. Adm. Code 1220.425).
Billing. The first 25 days are free. From day 26 the membership is billed monthly per CBCT through Stripe until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing month. The founding price stays while the membership stays on.
