GUIDE DOC®Order through AICBCT

Dental laboratory for Flapless guided implant surgery

Guide Doc® plans every implant from your patient's CBCT and intraoral scan, then makes the surgical guide, custom abutment and crown — so the implant goes exactly where it was planned, often without a flap.

  • Flapless — the guide sleeve sets position, angle and depth, so the gum is opened only with a small punch.
  • Less swelling, faster recovery — less tissue trauma than a full flap for most patients. Results vary.
  • Planned on the patient's own CBCT — implant size and angle chosen before surgery, then confirmed by the treating dentist.

Surgical plan

Every case comes with a plan report the dentist reviews before we print:

  • Panoramic overview of all planned implants
  • Cross-sections for each site — buccal (B) and lingual (L) bone around the implant
  • Implant size and sleeve offset, e.g. 4.0 × 11.5 mm / 1.5
  • Surgical notes — e.g. a sloped crest: flatten with the bone flattening drill first, or the drill can slip on entry

Drilling protocol

One sheet per implant: every tool in order, the drill length through the sleeve, and the last drill for each bone density.

Drill sequence for a 4.5 × 10 mm implant with a 9 mm sleeve offset: tissue punch, bone flattening drill, guide drill, initial drill, final drills Ø2.7 to Ø3.8, profile drill, tap drill, abutment profile drill and fixture
Ø4.5 × 10 mm · offset 9 mm Last drill: Ø3.2 in D4 · Ø3.8 in D3 · profile drill in D1–D2 · tap in D1.
Drill sequence for a 5.0 × 10 mm implant with a 10.5 mm sleeve offset, final drills Ø2.7 to Ø4.3
Ø5.0 × 10 mm · offset 10.5 mm Last drill: Ø3.8 in D4 · Ø4.3 in D3 · profile drill in D1–D2 · tap in D1.
